Rosen Hotels Names Frank Santos as New CEO… Rosen Hotels & Resorts announced on December 3 the hotel brand has appointed Frank Santos to the position of CEO, one week after the passing of Rosen Hotels’ Founder and CEO, Harris Rosen. Santos has been the hotel brand’s CFO since 1986 and worked alongside Rosen for almost 40 years.
