Liz Irving
Liz Irving has been promoted to CEO of Clarion Events North America after serving as president. Before joining Clarion, she was with Reed Exhibitions for 14 years, in a variety of marketing leadership positions across several events, including the jewelry media brand, JCK. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, a master’s degree from the University of New Haven and a digital marketing certificate from Cornell University.
Gayla Guyse
Gayla Guyse is now General Manager of the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel, which is set to open in 2025. Guyse has held roles across multiple Omni properties, including general manager at the Omni Dallas Hotel Park West and director of sales & marketing at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star. Most recently, Guyse served as the general manager of the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star.
Lacey Gautier
Lacey Gautier is the new Vice President of Meetings and Events at the Brewers Association (BA). Gautier will oversee the association’s events including the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup. Gautier has more than 15 years of experience developing and executing events. Most recently, she was the vice president of events for Informa Markets’ natural products portfolio, where she was responsible for overseeing five events.
Chuck Moses
Chuck Moses is now Vice President of Sales at First Hospitality. Moses brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales to this position. Moses has held several leadership roles, most recently as senior regional director of sales and marketing at Davidson Hospitality Group’s lifestyle operating vertical, Pivot. Prior to that, he served as director of sales and marketing for Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt in Austin.
Randy Duckworth
Randy Duckworth has been named Executive Director of the Specialty Soya and Grains Alliance (SSGA). Since graduating from Seattle University’s School of Law, Duckworth has specialized in agricultural association management, international food marketing and food assistance programs. He has overseen marketing, promotion and research activities in more than 75 countries and specializes in linking producers, processors, exporters and buyers or food manufacturers. He was CEO of the Global Pulse Federation.
Michelle Cruz
Michelle Cruz was recently confirmed as the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development’s (DTTD) State Tourism Director. Cruz served as executive director of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce since 2022. In that role, she was responsible for operations of the chamber, including all programs, marketing efforts, membership and finances. Prior to that, she served as the Chamber’s community engagement manager for five years.
Kamia Kinchlow
Kamia Kinchlow is now Visit Newport Beach’s Vice President of Global Luxury Leisure. She has more than 15 years of experience in luxury travel, strategic sales planning, and innovative marketing initiatives. Kinchlow joins Visit Newport Beach following her recent role as director of sales, transient at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point, California. She was director of sales at the Balboa Bay Resort.
