Molly Coen

Molly Coen has joined California’s Carmel Valley Ranch as its pastry chef. She is a Johnson & Wales University graduate whose background includes serving as the pastry chef at Four Seasons Hotel Denver and also winning first place in Denver’s Brunch Fest two years in a row. She’ll work at The Ranch’s signature Valley Kitchen, building a menu that highlights ingredients straight from the property’s 500-acre property.
Paul Lonergan

Paul Lonergan is now Kempinski Hotels’ Chief Operating and Asset Management Officer—a new role overseeing the group’s operations and asset management strategy in EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific, excluding China and Mongolia. Lonergan brings more than three decades of experience, combining 20 years in operational leadership with 15 years in asset management. He has executed the pre-opening and launch of properties in the Dubai Holding hospitality portfolio.
Mazen Saleh

Mazen Saleh’s been appointed as the General Manager at Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. He’ll oversee operations of two resorts: Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, and Four Seasons Resort Lanai. Mazen comes to Lanai from Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. First joining Four Seasons in 2003, Saleh began as a management trainee in Sharm El Sheikh, then rose through food and beverage positions in Alexandria and Istanbul.
Jeff O’Neill

Jeff O’Neill is now Executive Chef of Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection, the Austrian-inspired, hotel and residences in Deer Valley, Utah. He’s a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has more than three decades of experience. O’Neill’s cooked at Restaurant Daniel and Le Bernardin in New York City and has led programs in Palm Beach and Miami. He has made multiple appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Manfred Steuerwald

Manfred Steuerwald has been named General Manager of Populus Denver. Manfred brings 40 years of industry experience to the helm of the sustainably forward property, which opened in October 2024 and was named Esquire’s 2025 Hotel of the Year. Born in Austria, he has worked in Germany, South Africa, Denver, Calgary, San Diego and Kauai. He most recently served as General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Seattle.
Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing of InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel. He was the director of business travel & luxury leisure sales, later becoming director of sales. He holds a degree in Hotel Management from Plymouth College United Kingdom and a Certificate of Professional Development from the Global Leadership Program at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
