Kristie Goshow
Kristie Goshow’s been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Loews Hotels & Co. Goshow brings more than two decades of experience to Loews Hotels. Most recently, she was chief commercial officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group (formerly KSL Resorts), where she was responsible for sales, revenue strategy, and marketing. Prior to that, she held the role of chief marketing officer at Preferred Hotels & Resorts (now Preferred Travel Group).
Shyam Lalu
Shyam Lalu has been appointed General Manager at the Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau. He has more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience across multiple brands and destinations. Lalu is a graduate of the Collins College of Hospitality Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has worked with Aimbridge Hospitality, serving as a general manager in Dallas and Los Angeles before his current post.
Bryan Hale
Bryan Hale has been named General Manager of the soon-to-open Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District. McKibbon Hospitality made the appointment for the Georgia property. Hale brings more than 30 years of industry leadership experience across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG, most recently serving as General Manager of the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District. The Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District is set to open in the spring.
Luis Plascencia
Luis Plascencia is now General Manager of the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles. He has more than 25 years of general manager experience and most recently served as general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Monterey Park. He held leadership roles across California, including general manager of Embassy Suites by Hilton Arcadia-Pasadena. Plascencia is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a graduate of Hilton’s Circle of Excellence leadership program.
Israël Benyaïr
Israël Benyaïr has been appointed General Manager of Baccarat Hotel New York. Prior to joining Baccarat Hotel, Benyaïr was the vice president of operations of the Delamar Hotel Collection, a private luxury brand consisting of six hotels. Before that post, Benyaïr was the General Manager of The Mayflower Inn and Spa, an Auberge Collection hotel in Washington, Connecticut. He also worked at the Mandarin Oriental Washington D.C.
Kathy Spencer
Kathy Spencer is now VSR’s Ecosystem Integration Manager and Sr. Project Engineer. VSR provides cloud-based and conversational AI communications for the hospitality industry. Spencer is a hospitality veteran with more than 25 years of experience working for hotels to implement voice communication in hotels across the United States. As director of information technology and global voice services of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, she led the implementation of telecom solutions.
