Kathie Parsons

Kathie Parsons is now CFO at Visit Dallas. Parsons joins the Visit Dallas team after four years with the New York Philharmonic, most recently serving as the organization’s CFO. During her time there, she managed the orchestra’s $90 million in revenue, day-to-day financial operations and information technology. Before joining the New York Philharmonic, she was CFO at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. She worked for BearCom Group.

 

 

Mara Craft

Mara Craft is now General Manager of the Raleigh Convention Center and Red Hat Amphitheater. She’ll oversee the partnership agreement of Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek. The Complex made the announcement. She’s spent 27 years at the Raleigh Convention Center starting as an assistant. Craft was the director of sales and marketing and is an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers.

Dannialle Neville

Dannialle Neville has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations of Concord Hospitality. A 13-year Concord Hospitality veteran, Neville’s portfolio spans prominent brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, and independent boutique full-service resorts. In her new role, Neville will work in tandem with each hotel’s general managers to implement regional strategies to increase the efficiency of each asset. She’ll lead and manage teams across multiple hotels.

Christina Santarelli-Foster

Christina Santarelli-Foster is now First Hospitality’s Sr. Vice President of Marketing. Santarelli-Foster has been with First Hospitality since early 2023, previously serving as its vice president of marketing. Santarelli-Foster has a background in developing lifestyle experiences and extensive restaurant and bar marketing expertise. She is an active member of the ALIS Program Planning Committee, AHLA Communications Cabinet and the James Beard Foundation Marketing & Communications Working Group.

Kathy Heneghan

Kathy Heneghan is now General Manager at the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis. Expected to open in 2026, the hotel will anchor the expanded Indiana Convention Center. A hospitality veteran with more than 35 years of experience with Hiltons in Chicago, Heneghan most recently was general manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. Prior to that role, she was hotel manager at the Hilton Chicago.

Joshua Scott

Joshua Scott has been appointed Hotel Emma’s Director of Food and Beverage. The property is in San Antonio. He’ll oversee three dining options. Scott joins the team from Fort Worth’s Kimpton Harper Hotel, where he spent two years as director of food and beverage. He owns Seymour Hospitality Recruiting, an executive placement firm focused on the hospitality industry and holds a business degree from Texas Tech University.
